Frezeti House is a countryside residence designed around warmth, natural materials, and a strong connection to its surrounding landscape. Located near Tbilisi, the project was envisioned as a calm and inviting retreat equally suited for family living, gatherings, and quiet escapes from the city.
The interior concept is based on the use of natural textures and a warm neutral palette. Wood surfaces, stone elements, and soft earthy tones create a harmonious atmosphere where comfort and functionality coexist effortlessly. Large windows bring abundant natural light into the interior while strengthening the visual connection between the house and its outdoor environment.
The open-plan living area serves as the heart of the home, combining the lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces into one cohesive environment. A marble-clad fireplace becomes the central focal point of the interior, adding warmth and character to the shared space. Open shelving integrated beside the fireplace introduces both functional and decorative value, while the seating area around it creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyday living and family gatherings.
The kitchen follows a minimalist and highly functional approach. A marble island acts as the dominant architectural element within the space, serving simultaneously as a workspace, breakfast area, and storage solution. Mosaic flooring and the custom seating area beneath the window add texture, individuality, and additional comfort to the interior.
Throughout the house, clean architectural lines, integrated wooden elements, and carefully selected lighting details create a calm and cohesive visual language. The bedrooms maintain the same restrained aesthetic, with built-in storage and warm wood finishes enhancing the feeling of comfort and simplicity.
The result is a timeless and deeply livable home where natural materials, light, and atmosphere define the overall experience of the space.
